If you are within the current delivery area I URGE you to sign up for this service. It is awesome! I use Google Shopping Express at least once a week. It is great for when you're sick, too lazy, forgot something at the store, or are tied up doing other things.
When you sign up, I believe you get 6 months free delivery. It doesn't matter how big or how small your order is. Shoot, if you want a pack of gum, it will get delivered to you! There are three delivery windows.

1pm-5pm
6pm-9pm
If you allow swaps, they even swap items for you if the one you want is not available, rather than just outright rejecting your order.
